Humanity Calls will select an alternate nonprofit to receive your

Sportsman's Alliance for Alaska
A project of Alaska Conservation Foundation, SAA works with hunters and anglers, sporting conservation groups, guides, lodges, outfitters, companies in the sporting products industries, and members of the outdoor media. SAA's works to educate and engage these constituencies in Alaska conservation issues, such as the proposed Pebble Mine in the Bristol Bay watershed and collaborative solutions to conservation in the Tongass National Forest.
Message to community
Mining interests are proposing to build one of the largest mining projects in the world in the heart of the world's largest runs of wild salmon. The Bristol Bay fishery supports a thriving commercial fishery. These fish also support several thousand primarily Alaska Native residents of the Bristol Bay region. Sport fishermen travel from around the globe to experience some of the best wilderness fishing there is anywhere. We've got to stop the Pebble Mine!
